Your only ingredient is an egg. No omelets or benedicts
My preference:
1. Soft-boiled
2. Sunny side up
3. Over easy
4. Hard-boiled
5. Scrambled
6. Over medium/hard
I've never had a poached egg just by itself so I didn't include it

Somebody may be able to assist me here, but as I remember it-
We were at The Cove having cocktails. The bartender made us these egg yolk shots inside lemons after squeezing and then hit the yolk with a splash of balsamic.
Absolutely delicious!
And there is science behind it as he explained it.
Many many years ago, speakeasies did this to help coat the stomachs of drinkers so that they might consume more liquor before getting drunk. It slows down absorption into the blood stream supposedly.
But on its own- maaaaaan frickin good!
Sht sorry about breaking the rules ( looks like i did multiple times)
Take this as my apology? Hahahha

Just an egg, over medium
If I have it with something over easy is good, problem with over easy alone is it just runs everywhere without anything to soak it up.
Egg sammiches are one of the best meals ever.

Are the yolks from a hard boiled egg? Raw?

Raw egg whites can also be used to build up foam in a drink. From what I'd always heard, the alcohol in the drinks kills off any bacteria.

You're more likely to get salmonella from celery than a raw egg.

Sunny side up - Fried in bacon grease. Grease spooned over topside of egg to harden the egg white. Salt and pepper.

I could get on board with that if toast was involved.
