When Costello's crew follows Queenan into the building as he meets with Costigan in The Departed really tensed me up, as well as when the other undercover cop tells Costigan he knows who he is as he dies.
ETA: Also the docking scene in Interstellar is great.

I thought for sure Chiguhr was going to waste that poor old man. The old man's acting in this scene is lost in all of this, great performance.
No idea why you got downvoted, this was also the first scene that came to my mind..

Christoph Waltz was the absolute perfect casting choice in that movie. He’s a phenomenal actor imo
He won an Oscar for that performance, you really going out on a limb with that take

Interstellar docking scene. But it was mainly due to the buildup from the moment that Mann pushed Cooper off the ledge that created the tenseness leading up to this climax.

The whole Zed scene(s) in Pulp Fiction.
Also the mexican standoff scene in Reservoir Dogs.
Come to think about it, one thing QT does very well is build scenes around tension.

Chernobyl was pretty intense to me for whatever reason.

Russian roulette scene from the Deer Hunter is pretty nerve racking

The opening interrogation scene in Inglorious Basterds is up there. As is the basement bar scene.
Thats what I came to post + the scene where she walks into lunch with Col. Landa.
The two you mentioned are definitely tops but the other is great too. I've never seen a movie right at the opening scene have you nervous like that.

The infamous "ear-cutting" scene in Reservoir Dogs that sees Mr. Blonde go to work on a bound and gagged police officer with a straight-razor is difficult to watch without squirming.

How about the scene in Training Day when Jake is playing poker with Smiley and them.
ETA: Nevermind, Sasquatch beat me to it.

He was just stating his opinion, not trying to have a hot take.

That was probably the one scene that made me never want to touch a handgun again.
The Champ when he dies on the table, the remake is harder than the original as Rickey Schroeder tears hurt to this day I will not watch that movie.
The ending scene of a River Runs Through It is intense. While watching it it seems easy, but when you realize that the old man is all alone and him shaking to thread the fly, it hits you then.
