We are in rebuilding mode and it’s going to take 3 to 4 years to get O and D line depth/quality to compete with Bama

The transfer portal shortens that timeline.

What's wrong with BJ Ojulari, Maason Smith, Jaquelin Roy, Jacobian Guillory, etc? You realize these guys held Bama to 6 yards rushing, right?

Dumb. LSU might have the most talented DL in the nation next year

This isn't the NBA and take a look at our roster. Literally the only reason we don't win 9-10 games next year will be how many starting OL'men we get out of the portal. If we get 2-3, I predict 10 wins next season.

I hate Lester, but he's right. Kelly came to LSU b/c 'rebuilding' can be done in 6 months here, especially with recruiters like Wilson. It will not take 3 years.

LSU competed with them this year with backups. They aren’t the charity case you’re making them out to be.

We competed this year with them.

A hail Mary and field goal (instead of 4th and goal failure) amd it is a tie game

Even if not rebuilding, that's the time frame. Only a great CUM managed to win in year 2.

And that’s with a second and third string secondary. The talent at LSU is a little deeper than people think.

bullshite. We some holes to fill, but there's plenty of talent on hand, especially if Kelly can stop the bleeding. Each of the last 3 coaches won a NC within 3 years of being hired. Kelly comes in with a better resume than the prior 3 when they were hired. No reason Kelly shouldn't win it all too.
