Anyone know what is really going on here about why not to report a robbery in Atlanta? Two female workers were fired for reporting the robbery. What I went through at the Post Office there were coverup after coverup of me being torcher and discrimination as well as not getting any justice. I am not getting the point of why no lawsuit for being wrongly fired.

This will make their stores targets and free fire zones. Every employee in the company should walk out immediately. They will end up getting hurt if they don't.

We have sewn the seeds of our own destruction in this country. This is just example 10,658.

Right is wrong. Good is bad. No consequences for blatant lawlessness.

We are headed over a cliff and there is no turning back.

I guess Lululemon gets added to the Woke Boycott List. What a bunch of Radical Leftist morons running that company. What percentage of their clothing is made in China? Also Vietnam - where they still persecute Christians?

What are those dudes gonna do with that merchandise, anyway? You can't eat it. Not even sure what you'd get by selling it.

They KNEW what they were doing was wrong, judging by the covered faces and the way they ran off. They're just thrill seeking, not doing anything as noble as keeping their kids fed.

Sell it on ebay. It's big business for shoplifters.

What happened to Atlanta?
So unfortunate.
They need an intervention.

However, Ferguson and fellow employee Rachel Rogers apparently violated Lululemon’s corporate policy by notifying the Gwinnett Police Department about the incident.

It's as dumb as can be, but it's a clear violation of the company's policy and not rooted in any kind of discrimination or retaliation.

Was it a burglary or robbery?

If a robbery and people were being threatened then I would think a court would find this a little troubling.

If a burglary (shoplifting), then not really an issue with it. It’s a loss for the company and they choose to take it on the chin.

Stupid, but their and their shareholder money nonetheless.

The retailer doesn't want their insurance premium to skyrocket so they don't want any official police report made. It's literally that simple.

What's your definition of clear? The NBC reporter said he reached out to the company multiple times to find out what exactly that policy is, and has received no response. Both employees also interviewed and said they don't know what policy it is either. Maybe there is a legit policy written on a piece of paper some where, but it sure as hell isn't clear at this point.
