They didn’t know what they were doing before S8 when they ran out of source material but the speeding it up for a Star Wars payday compounded the decline. HBO should have brought in a closer to properly finish the series but D&D were the “creators”.

Star Wars should be a certified unending IP goldmine. Just shocking how badly Disney has botched it. Probably lost out on billions.

Sabotaging your streaming wars competition by making (and reneging on) empty promises to the producers of its most successful IP would be pretty Machiavellian/ Tywin Lannisterian. May be a stretch to say that's what KK had in mind, but it was certainly effective.

I know Campea is pretty spot on with his info, but I feel like we get the "she'll be gone after" thing a few times a year. I'll believe it when I see it.

There is no probably about it. I would be absolutely livid if I was a major shareholder. They could have shite gold for decades and fricked it up by the second movie. I can't imagine the skeletons that Kennedy knows about for her to still have a job.

Not sure if you're trolling, but just look at what's happened to Disney Star Wars since she's been in control.
She SHOULD have been fired long ago. Laugh all you want at those who claimed her demise was imminent, they weren't wrong about her destroying the entire franchise.
