Or have you pretty much gone with the same one all your life?

I changed it in the mid/late 80s from center part to side part.

I have 2 styles:
1) New haircut.
2) A few months later, in need of a haircut.
Repeat 5 times per year.

I tried growing my hair out after I retired from the Army. But I figured out I really can’t stand it when I can feel my hair move. So it’s staying short til I lose so much I decide to shave it off.

I rotate 3 or 4 hairstyles through out the week

I had my current hair style from age 11-15. Buzzed it for the football team from 16-18. Grew it long at age 19. Buzzed it from 20-28. Back to the original hair style from 29-39.

I’ve worn my hair military-short for the past 15 years. Easy and low maintenance. I don’t even touch a comb but maybe half a dozen times per year.

I rocked a near New Iberia cut with bangs gelled down for a couple of years around 98. So to answer your question, however long ago that was.

I buzz it once a year right after turkey season and then let it grow till the next year.
