Time Travel - Would You?

Was just watching The Adam Project this evening on Netflix. I'm a sci-fi guy at heart and these types of movies/series always make me think.

While it's of course a hypothetical and not a choice any of us will probably ever have, what if time travel was possible? Would you do it?

Would you travel back in time? Forward in time? Both? Would you time travel as a way of tourism almost, going back to see historical events as they occurred or see what events are going to occur?

Would you travel back prior to you being born?

Would you travel back to earlier in your life and make any changes? If you did make changes would they be minor changes or major changes that would very possibly change how your life developed? Would you worry about the butterfly effect?

I know for me I would love to go back in time to see some historical events actually occur. Ironically I don't have as much of a desire to travel forward in time. As for making changes I'm sure I would be nervous at first but I do think I would seriously consider making some changes. Mostly minor ones (taking some chances I ended up not taking, hooking up with some women I was too scared to hook up with in the moment, lol) but there would be probably three decisions I would change that could end up drastically altering the life I ended up living.

If you made changes would they be minor changes or changes that would impact how your life ended up? Another thought is this. Would you travel back in time if it was a one way trip? If you could travel back in time but couldn't get back? For me I would consider it but I would want the best of both worlds. I would want a guarantee I would go back into my younger body but I would want to have the knowledge of my current self).
