Every kid has been told they can frick whoever whenever as long as they use a condom since the early 90s. The public school system taught them that. Hell, they taught me that in Bible Belt Alabama in the late 90s/early 2000s.
Pill and abortions are ubiquitous today. They weren't in the 70s and 80s.
