Exception to the rule is on vacation and hitting up Publix or an occasional visit and you just happen to be with each other. If it is on the regular it is beta AF.

We usually do grocery pickup but not for everything. I go to the store with my wife sometimes though. Not sure what's wrong with that

My wife isn’t allowed to come grocery shopping because it would easily double the time it takes as she stares at the cereal section in indecision.

Anyone using beta and alpha to refer to other dudes is pretty weird. Sounds like a dude in his jr year of college. If you're older than that, then that should sting a little more.
