Louisiana state trooper arrested in South Dakota for solicitation

Kirk Thibodeaux, 44, of Port Allen, was arrested Wednesday on a misdemeanor allegation of "hiring for sexual activity" while at a local hotel earlier in the week, a spokesperson for the Pennington County, South Dakota sheriff's office said. Thibodeaux was in Rapid City, South Dakota for a conference at the time of the arrest, according to Helene Duhamel, the sheriff's spokesperson.

Prostitution should be legalized. If both parties are consenting adults, it's a victimless crime.
