IMO, it’s in inevitability. When is the question.
I don’t have a problem with women taking any job as long as they do it well. But can they go into a men’s league and take no shite. Will players take her seriously? Can a transition like this be done successfully? How did her time in San Antonio go as an assistant and how did the players react/treat her?

It's Canada. She is the automatic frontrunner.

Little Fidel will probably pass some unilateral fiat Canadian law requiring the Raptors to hire her.

If there’s any woman who can make the transition to be an HC in the NBA, Becky Hammond is it.
She spent plenty of time in the NBA as an assistant, stepped in when Pop wasn’t available, coached the summer league, etc. I’ve never seen a player say they didn’t respect her and even went as far to say she’s a wealth of basketball knowledge.
I don’t see any reason she shouldn’t be considered. She’s likely a better coach then some of her male peers already HCs.

If she can earn the respect needs to lead I don’t see a big deal.
Grisele blanco did it well.

Pop is terrible now and she should have just quit and let Becky assume the HC role, especially for how much he complains.

She’s earned her shot and it shouldn’t devolve into a conversation about gender. I’m all for meritocracy.

If any team is going to do this it’s going to be the Canadian one first. I don’t see it going well if she’s hired.

Women are the worst AMIRITE

Imagine how embarrassing it’s gonna be for the players being coached by a white chick. I hope this happens just for the lulz

She’s interviewed for a few jobs. The Pacers liked her before Carlisle came available a couple years ago

That’s the funniest thing about folks shitting on this.
This is the perfect example of a woman earning the opportunity based on her coaching talent. Her resume is as good as her peers who will interview for the job.
This is what everyone screams for when it comes to “equity”, considering folks on their merit and not their gender.

It’s only a matter of time…

Transgender activists seem to think so.

I'd be stoked to have Kim Mulkey coach the Stanford men's team. No question. She wins everywhere she goes.
