I think it’s the same thing as his LSU days. He has to have the ball in his hands and take a lot of shots. When he can do that and if he’s on the numbers are great, but a lot of NBA teams aren’t built for that sort of up and down production/dealing with the egos that come with him taking so many shots.

Cam Thomas broke a nba record for most points by a reserve in a season opener
Ironically the terrible Ben Simmons had 4 points and starts on the team. Also Trenton Watford is on the team also.

Honestly no one else on his team can score. Mikal Bridges isn’t the type to go get your 20 every night. He should be able to get quite a bit of shots up every night

They are in for a really long year. Here, they outshot the Cavs and out-rebounded them 50-38 and still managed to lose to a terrible opponent.
