To be clear I don’t think it is but just curious for opinions.
I for one really don’t want Kelly. First of all he killed a kid. Second he’s like jimbo to me. A relative dinosaur in this game. Floor 8-4 ceiling 10-2

I'd be disappointed, but I'm well aware he's a major step up from our previous two coaches.

Kelly would be fine.
Recruiting restrictions would be zero compared to Notre Dame. And his budget would be much larger for EVERY aspect of running the program.
He would be solid and bring great coordinators.
