He’s getting out while he’s a hot commodity. Remember they were two and 10 last year. I don’t see Tulane winning 10 games in another season for a long time!

Bless your heart. GT doesn't have the resolve to make their football program a priority.

Saban couldn’t bring Tech back under current circumstances.

Then why fired the HC in the first place?

Agree... glad my kid chose to get degree from Ga Tech. Graduating in a little over a year and already has engineering job waiting. Some things are more important than football : )

But you did several times which makes it seem like you actually thought so.

It’s all triple option philosophy, but when you say triple, people immediately think service academies offenses. So I just should have said an option coach. Did a lot of split back stuff and RPOs. RPO is just a modern triple option.

Cause peaster68 sent the A.D a video about the option and says Fritz runs the triple option even though we don't and now he is trying to say that an RPO offense is basically the triple option.... so now we can say that all play action passes are now RPO so we have to basically say every offense that uses any type of play action is triple option....

Mickey Joseph… ULL fricked that one up by not hiring him. Went cheap with going with a “one of us” cheap deals for Desormeaux.

Doesn't Tulane have more SECCG titles than GT when they were both there?

"Resolve" implies they want to and just can't because it's too hard. They don't want to. Sports are a priority, not the priority.

Tulane has three SEC titles and nine total.

GT has five SEC titles and 15 total; however two of the SEC champions were co-championships, and one championship was later vacated.

Tulane does have more SoCon titles from when both were in the SoCon.

Tulane has one SIAA championship. GT has five (two co-champs).

What about that statement did you not understand? Sports aren't the priority at GT and a lot of other schools. Some fan bases are fine with winning seasons, others fire their coach if they can't win 10 games a year. Different strokes.

I totally understand your point. I think y'all would be happier in an Ivy League 2.0 situation with Vandy, Stanford, ND and Northwestern.

This could be a contract thing. Fritz left GSU because they wouldn’t give him a long term contract. Is Tulane willing to ante up?

I hate his tactics, but Tulane really should. It's actually a proven fit which is rare in CFB at any level.
