Who wouldd you take first: Aranda, Fickell or Venables?

Aranda honestly. He was my number 1 even when Les was fired.
I do love the Kelly hire and like it more than if it was Aranda after the smoke has cleared, but make no mistakes. Aranda is a hell of a coach.
