That dude is so overrated. Had JFF, Mahones, and Mayfield and couldn’t win a conference.
That is a tough one. On one hand, you have to give him credit for developing two of those quarterbacks. On the other, you have to take away the fact that he squandered that talent.
I don’t know. I think he might be the prototypical coordinator. Great in that role but you don’t want to rest the entire team on him.

Yea but the problem with that is WE might not want him in that role, but someone will and most "Prototypical Coordinators" that have already been a head coach with head coach pay care less about where they coach or what they coach and care more about for how much they coach...

I went to Tech for 5 years and watched them practice. Their talent has been the issue. It’s hard to recruit to Lubbock. They could get WR’s, RB’s, QB’s but have always had a hard time getting quality OL, DL, LB, and Secondary guys. Their OL talent is pathetic. It’s amazing what Kliff has been able to do in spite of them.

I know he ultimately failed at Tech but I really think Colorado should consider him as HC. His HUNH run in their altitude would screw opponents hardco
The hunh isn’t about wearing teams out. Too many breaks in football to do that.

I think he ends up in NFL

How would you rank the facilities? Clearly, OU and tu have an advantage, but is Tech on par with OSU, Baylor, TCU, etc?

Bama after Locksley takes a HC gig.

We scored 70 we don’t need an OC

He's going to the NFL.

Texas Tech should hire the best defensive mind available and ask Kliff if he would stay aboard as OC.
Unconventional but crazy enough to work.

TIFWIW, but I heard he’ll be the Cowboys next OC.

Alabama as a consultant to the head coach. I'm sure Saban will nab Freeze as an offensive analyst and Briles as some special assistant.

Except LSU. Everything is ok here. Offense did great per O.
