Don't know, but isn't it about time for Rutgers to move on from Schiano? Conference wins from 20-22 = 3, 2, 1....blast off?

Man, his first run with them was an amazing time in life and college football. I think that's about where it (college football) peaked.

I doubt Schiano gets canned. Rutgers wasn’t great this year, but they are light years ahead of where they were before he got there. I don’t think Rutgers is a school that can gamble on coaches. Schiano isn’t doing great, but they could absolutely be worse.

Well, they lost to Maryland 37-0. Blown out by Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan (played their hearts out v. Michigan and lost by 35).
Their wins were:
FCS
1 point v. worst team in ACC
2 points v. 2nd to worst team in AAC
7 points v. 3rd to worst team in Big 10
If that's improvement...yikes!

Keep an eye out for Shawn Clark at App State. Buyout drops on December 1st, and missed a bowl for the first time since eligible after the move up. Were projected to win the conference and had a senior laden team.

Talk about a rollercoaster. Imaagine beating Aggie, getting and winning on a wild last second play with Gameday on site and getting canned in the same year.

could be Pat Fitzgerald at Northwestern, which might even end up being like David Shaw stepping down instead of actually getting canned, Fitzgerald and Shaw both being beloved members of those communities

ETA: Shaw and Fitzgerald both will probably be offered "Asst AD" type fundraising jobs at Stanford and Northwestern

If Neal Brown at WVA and Phillip Montgomery at Tulsa are fired, they are both coveted offensive coordinators for someone

I'm sure the Arizona Wildcats coach is toast

Maybe Chuck Martin at Miami Ohio is out - a very proud historic football program

What? This is his second season and their records have been 1-11 and 5-7. He inherited a dumpster fire.

I think Miami already accepted a bowl invite. Martin also won the MAC and signed a contract extension somewhat recently. I'd be shocked if his seat was warm.

Doubt Brown gets the axe at WVU today. We still don’t have an AD and even so it is starting to sound like he may be back regardless.

Philllip Montgomery got canned. OG Briles’ OC. Wonder if he goes to an OC spot somewhere
