They don’t know anything, they’re just screwing with everyone. Kiffin will either sign the extension or go to Florida. He’s not coming to LSU and all the talk about buying houses, hiring coaches, etc. is just bs.

For the perpetually dumb out there:
A coach cannot coach a game for one school while under contract with another. To sign a deal with either LSU or Florida would mean Lane does not coach the Egg Bowl. He is coaching the Egg Bowl, so he is still under contract with OM and has not signed with LSU or Florida.
Which means that whomever he has agreed to terms with (and I think everyone believes he has) may not necessarily be Lane's final destination.
