What job would Canada be an actual candidate for?

I keep hearing Matt Canada wants to leave LSU and take a pay cut for a HC job. He has no HC experience and he's not getting an SEC job unless UT whiffs on every HC they try to get. SO what schools do you think he would have a shot at?

Hanny and Ott were talking about him possibly being interested in the Rice job. It would have to be about that level for him right now.
He's not a hot name like Frost when he got the UCF job or Herman when he got the Houston job.

Sounds like UTEP or Rice out of the current open positions.
Most coaches would rather be a coordinator at a big school than take on one of those jobs unless the foot is on their arse to leave.

No chance the interest is mutual. What on Canada’s resume would make people think he’s a top candidate for a head coaching vacancy?
A glance at his most recent body of work suggests he under-achieved. His best chance of being considered for another job would be to lead LSU’s offense to a level of performance significantly better than he did this year.
When comparing talent, he got outperformed by Steve Ensminger.

Not sure what job he'd get, but I thought it was apparent he and O didn't get along at the beginning of the season and Alleva had to step in after the Troy game and force O to let Canada run his offense.
I think Canada would be willing to leave for any job at this point even if it came down to a lateral move.
