Take some time to google his career before asking the question. He didn't just start as a head coach of Houston. There is a reason he was a hot hire two years ago.

He just said in his halftime interview that he was going to come out throwing the ball after the half even with a 21 point lead. I like it! Les would let them stack 9 in the box and then let them score and hope we don't come out "second". Good enough for me.

I really like Herman and would be thrilled if we hired him. But wasn't everybody sucking Fuentes's dick like this last year. I have heard zero about him at Va Tech this year.

He was also the OC at Ohio State for 3 years where he made a name for himself. It's not like he's just some random dude that is fluke killing it at Houston. He's highly respected, young and energetic. I don't see how people can't understand his appeal.
