Last night was about as ugly as it gets!!!!

I didn't think Honkie Badger was at all racist the first time I read about it. And I still don't, even with all the ignorant racist remarks!

Then the spell checker auto changed Whit to "WHITE WEEKS"! I could understand someone thinking that is racist.

Someone please explain why Tigers aren't wearing gold jerseys and aren't home team today versus KY.

IMO, looking at strike 3 pitches is a good example of the guys being tired. I haven't seen a shot of the dugout but I'm guessing there is ZERO energy. Probably see more energy at my grandson's t-ball game today!

Concerning players being allowed to opt out this year with no penalty due to covid is a weak excuse for quitting. We had some excellent young players who refused to "opt out" when the going got though. They stayed and fought hard for themselves, their coaches, and their fans - and they made me, for one, damn proud to be an LSU Tiger fan! Instead of learning nothing by opting out, I believe the young guys who stayed learned valuable life lessons and are better for it.

I'm a LOT concerned. Look no further than the Georgia game vs S. Carolina. This WILL be a BIG problem in a close football game, like the Alabama game will be. Remember the last time LSU beat Bama in 2011, by a field goal in OT! FG's have been huge over the years versus Bama! If nerves are an issue now, what will it be like in what will be the biggest NCAA game of the year? The young man needs a shrink to get his head straight, not a coach to get his technique straight. He must have had more than enough coaching to be LSU's starting FG kicker. Coach O will have a tough decision to make in the final minutes of a close game - go for it on 4th down or kick a FG? I pray for the guy to have confidence in himself and for Coach O and us fans to have confidence he can win a game if and when needed!

I would rather be skull fricked than endure another I Formation power run, get the lead and run some more, then forget clock management 101 football season! Trying to get more points on the board before halftime last Saturday night was like a breath of fresh air!!!! LSU has had many smart QB's, but never trusted them to protect the ball when running out the clock was an option, well, except for the one game against Auburn many years ago that I need not go into details about.

I assume "Slinger" is Ensminger..? Sorry, I've never heard the nickname before.

As for most of the other folks on this thread, all I can say is WOW, get a life or something to do besides this. I can't believe I wasted my time reading this garbage, but it was too dumb to stop! I was hoping to at least see one clever or witty comment, but I was very disappointed.

I do agree with the person who started the topic....true Tiger fans can do without the really negative crap that gets posted, e.g. (this means example given to you water boys out there) what would you think if your manager and all your co-workers wanted to fire you after making some mistakes during your first few weeks at a new job? That would really suck, right?

Get a grip and give Coach O and the young players time to gel. LSU has already surprised a lot of the college football nation this season. And I agree with some of you, beating Bama is NOT completely unrealistic. If the Tigers can pull that off and beat the other SEC teams they should beat, we'll be playing in Atlanta for the SEC Championship!

Playoffs/NC are unrealistic. But the SEC Crown is not!
