Yes. And they have a better playoff record that Riley at Oklahoma but you were cumming in your panties over him.

Bought the same at OU.

He plays Michigan, USC, And a bunch of ACC schools every year.

They played 9 P5 teams and Cincinnati this year.

Look what happened to Penn State in the Big Ten.

It's a totally different animal.

Fickell was never living the Midwest. I thought long ago that if Kelly left ND and went to the NFL, Pickell would take Notre Dame, he is a old school Pre Vatican 2 type Catholic, probably still goes to Mass In Latin. I think he has 6 kids. He will run to Notre Dame. The only issue is will Marcus Freeman stay with him as DC or Kelly take him here to LSU, or does Freeman take the Cincinnati job?

It’ll take him 2-3 years to recruit and implement his strategy
no, it’ll take him 1 year, with the talent in Louisiana.

Why do you care how old he is? LSU fans try to fire every coach every year.

Age is just a number man, come on. Half of the forum would have loved to have Saban back. He's 70. Not saying BK is a big white whale or even a flashy hire, but it is not because of his age.

Notre Dame has never recruited talent that measures up to Bama, Clemson, Georgia, etc

What you want is someone that can hire a good staff. Brian Kelly can do that and set the stage for the next coach to take the torch.

I don't see how anyone can be disappointed in this hire. Even the Napier foot soliders have to admit he doesn't measure against Brian Kelly.

Quit comparing this guy to saban. Saban is the exception, not the rule.

We keep hearing this and I don’t doubt it, but exactly how much more difficult is it to be a student athlete at ND? Do they have higher ACT minimums? Higher GPA and core classes grades?

I don’t doubt it, but seriously don’t know and bet 80% of the people bitching don’t know either.
