Not a Kiffin fan, but he's the best available. I guess if we cant win a natty with Lane and were able to win with Les and Ed O, we really did fall to a TIER 2 program.

From Ole Miss reports, they're going to force him to make a decision. If he chooses to leave, they won't allow him to coach in the playoffs. That was their decision, not his. He's just doing his due diligence at this point.

So you’re telling me that his son is just going to bail on his football team in the midst of a high school state championship run? I seriously doubt that. Quarterfinal game is this Friday, semifinal game would be the Friday after Thanksgiving, and the state championship game would be the next week…

I want to believe you, but I just don’t see it. I don’t see Ole Miss torpedoing their shot at the playoffs to retain him. I don’t see him not wanting to coach his team through at least the end of the regular season (if this were true). And I don’t see why Baker is make or break for the admin. Just doesn’t add up to me. I want Kiffin to be the coach, but to imagine he’s going to pick us over the playoffs seems insane to me. Maybe I’m wrong…
