It's the academic calendar vs transfer portal/signing day calendar. If they kept the spring portal, this wouldn't be an issue. This forces changes to be made sooner making uncomfortable discussions to be made during a time where it shouldn't be happening.
Honestly if Ole Miss had just allowed him to run through the season then make his decision. But I understand their position in the situation. The recruiting/academic calendar doesn't make it any easier.
If he truly knows where he wants to be, he needs to tell Sexton to frick off and make it.

100% correct on the visit as everyone knows now. I got blasted by my Ole Miss buddies about 11 o’clock today asking what kind of shite was LSU trying to pull now and they sent a jet to fetch his entire familee lol (Emphasis added)
They were picked up by N-95CR at 10:58 am cst and arrived in Baton Rouge at 11:58 am cst today. It is 2021 Bombardier BD-100 1A10 Challenger 300 owned by MMR West LLC, a private company out of Salem Oregon. It’s a 20 million plus dollar jet (new) and can accommodate 8-10 passengers depending on the passenger compartment configuration. It is a white jet with a maroon and silver stripe on it .
It is scheduled to left Baton Rouge at 6:07 pm cst and arrived at Oxford at 6:53 pm cst. You should be able to see it take off it it leaves on schedule about now.
