Top 5 candidates for the Minnesota job. Just can't see Aranda going there. Miles maybe.

I think that list is a little aggressive. I don't see any of those guys taking the job. Maybe Miles.

I think it will be Fleck or Miles
I believe this is why they pulled the trigger
It wouldn't surprise me if they were already talking to Miles

Pretty much all the underclassmen have said they are going to transfer and don't know why any recruits or coaches would want to go there.

Fleck will be up for much better jobs if he has another good year next year. Would be settling big-time if he were to take this one.

I think it's a far stretch for Fleck. He could wait a year and do better than MN. Dungy seems unrealistic and Aranda can do way better. Les seems like the reasonable choice for them. He's a good guy that can clean up their rusty reputation from the recent issues...

Les could definitely help restore some credibility to the program of that's would they're looking for. He would also fare pretty well in a fairly weak Big Ten West

I don't think he'd be a good fit at ND. Maybe A&M or Tennessee. I was thinking Minnesota would be a great opportunity to take control of the B1G West in a cool city with a relatively new stadium, but it sounds like the situation is toxic.

This is about the best job Miles can reasonably get and vice-versa.

It's a perfect match. Miles' classy/Michigan man/Bo disciple persona would is just what a Big 10 school in the wake of a rape scandal needs.

If I'm not mistaken, LSU would owe him the difference between his new contract and that $9.6 million...

Miles isn't a candidate to coach anywhere until amnesia sets in.
