It probably was mutual. Both sides probably knew it was time to make a decision.

Yeah it’s gotta be a tier better than even Baltimore in terms of jobs. Could see it attracting interest like no job in recent memory that wasn’t already loaded with a qb or good roster.

Yeah there’s a certain genuine tough guy yet stoic gravitas about the org/role of Steelers HC to me probably biased by the scarcity of guys filling it over the years
