I don’t think he is done yet. Any thoughts on when he resurfaced. He’s be prime for the Nick Saban career resurrection program.

If he is still a dick....HC at a smaller school.

If he has humbled himself a bit....OC at Bama.

The later would be the better move for him, but we will see.

He is going to ride out the payment on that Texas contract first.

Some rumors from various Texas boosters that it looks like he is going to end up at Col. Would be a good spot for him with lower expectations and would explain why we have heard almost nothing about the Col search as well

Who would be a better hire for a college head coaching job Kiffin or Herman?

I agree Pac12 is a great landing spot for Herman, but if it's you, do you take Colorado or AZ State?

OC at Bama would be a monster win for him. He'd be a major P5 head coach in 2-3 years. I think he's a great football mind that couldn't handle the pressure and spotlight of being the big man at a major program and he did a poor job managing such a big prograM.

Saban would teach him all of that. I think he'd be really successful after a stint in Saban rehab.

I think most people realize Herman is a really good coach. He got caught up in the dysfunction of Texas. That state has some unbelievable egos and dysfunctional shite. Between them and aggy it’s laughable. And still neither can figure out why despite all their resources they can’t win shite lol

He's a scary motherfricker if he goes to Bama and learns how to fix his personality quirks and the value of recruiting.

he should wait another year, and then take either the A&M or OU job

but he will never let that happen because his ego will get in the way. Hes too much of a smug prick. He has to be the smartest guy in the room at all times. So good luck with that.

Memphis might move on from Ryan Silverfield if he can’t at least get them to a bowl, and possibly if he does. The local fans are not happy with the direction of the program after a really good run under both Fuente and Norvell.

Herman would be a perfect replacement, especially in the weaker AAC that will be left after UCF, Houston and Cincy leave. Memphis spends more on football than any program left and would be set up to dominate the conference with the right hire.

If Herman wants a G5 HC job to use as a launching pad back up, Memphis would be a perfect job for him.
