This is eerily similar to the UT Sark hire

I joined OrangeBloods last Nov and Urban was a done deal, just a matter of when.
Tons of sauces saying Urban and Del Conte had met and the deal was done. Flights tracked. Confirmed private planes from Columbus to Austin. Even Ohio St fans with new accounts congratulating UT on the hire.
When that went dormant it was on to Rhule, Dabo or maybe even Riley.
And then boom, Sark announced out of left field
Downvote away and I hope to god I’m wrong, but this O’Brien BS has me worried.

Honestly, I’m sick of hearing about a “white whale” or “splash” hire. LSU needs a solid Fkn coach, not some loud mouth circus character like the previous two. Aranda / Napier / Campbell / Stoops would crush it at LSU.
Anyone against Napier…put him at any other G5 with same success and they would love the idea.
If you’re against Stoops, he’s proved way more at Kentucky than Bob has at PSU and Houston. Dude has damn near turned Kentucky into a football school lol

No it’s not. The season still has 2 weeks left. Nobody is walking away from a successful season with two games left.

I live in Longhorn country, if Woodward does pull off Riley, they are going to be pissed. On sports shows they are already asking if Lsu can get Riley then why couldn't there AD (Del Conte) get him.
