Tommy Tubberville - HC at Texas Tech

No offense Chicken but if Tubby EVER becomes HC at LSU, I'll personally drive to BRC and throw a famous homemade piss bomb on Aleva's grandmama.

Didn't read thru but a small part of the thread. Has anyone mentioned Chavis as a possible replacement?

Steve Sarkisian is a nice name

ive liked Malzahn's offenses, but i dont think he is HC material. I wouldnt be pissed at a hire of him, but i would be on the fence.

Dan Mullen was always at the top of my list, but i dont think he will come after turning down Florida.

Dont like Art Briles.

I Like Tuberville.

Like Leach.

Like Patterson

lukewarm on Peterson.

of course Houston Nutt.

At least I hope you did.

Not to mention that he's gone 28-23 at UNC where they had been 82-77-2 in the previous 10 years.

So he won 55% at a place that won at a 51% clip over the last ten years. Hell Yeah!

that would be a huge stretch. Jimbo is in a great situation at FSU...took a program in a downward spiral and brought them back to life this year.

I don't think he is a candidate...

Mullen didn't turn down UF, Miami might be a different story.

Btw he did talk to Maryland after he signed his new contract. He wants a HC job.

fair enough. i thought he would be as realistic as many on the list. gruden, fox, del rio, peterson, patterson, mullen, ect.

i don't think f.s.u. traditionally pays coaches what lsu is paying coaches these days. Jimbo and his family did like it here. And, it's interesting with him and muschamp being rivals now, more than likely one may be fired at the end of four years.

i just think he'd be a good fit, he know's the s.e.c., know's baton rouge and lsu.
