While Darren probably has some contacts he can milk for info, he isn’t getting this directly from Stricklin. That by no means makes it a done deal.

Eta....if this is true and Kelly becomes the head coach at Florida it means, in my opinion, that he could've been had at LSU.

Being reported now that’s Kelly’s lawyer will be meeting with UF officials later this week to work out the details.

if there is one school you can be successful at recruiting while also not enjoying recruiting, it's Florida. The right staff can get the players in, and you don't have to travel very far to visit some of the best HS football teams in the country.
Not to mention Kelly's system is a perfect fit for Florida athletes.
