The University of Tennessee football program is currently being investigated by its own compliance department and the NCAA into alleged recruiting violations and alleged impermissible benefits to current student-athletes.
According to sources, the University’s general counsel has been interviewing subjects that are the focus of the investigation over the past several weeks. Multiple sources suggest the investigation dates back to at least early December.
The alleged violations are said to involve players recruited by Tennessee and players currently on the roster.

Fulmer trying to fire Pruitt and make him untouchable for Alabama as DC.

Was watching the game 30 minutes ago and wondered how they got Henry To'oTo'oto Knoxville. It ain't the 90s anymore UT isn't pulling top 50 recruits out of California.

Gus to utk
(edit) Gus can't be accused of being dirty either, relatively speaking.

Pruitt didn’t understand that you can only get away with that at Alabama.

Tosh left Tuscaloosa for Cleveland. That’s the reason Toto is in Knoxville.

UT so desperate (or so dumb) that they are willing to put themselves on probation just to fire their coach

that's what they're doing! This completely came from their own compliance dept
to avoid a 12 million buyout

That makes sense why he's not in Tuscaloosa. What's the draw to UT?
Also, LSU needs whoever UT's bagman for 5 star offensive lineman.

Brian Niedermeyer and Kevin Simon. Nieds is a great recruiter and built a strong relationship with the family. Simon, a former UT linebacker, is a member of the support staff. Simon played high school ball at De La Salle, the same school that Toto played at. That was the connection. Toto himself said that his relationship with Simon was key. Tosh Lupoi also attended De La Salle. That’s why Toto had such a tight relationship with Lupoi. Had Tosh stayed in Tuscaloosa, Toto would have signed with Bama.

He heard Jimbo and Kirby were doing it and said why not?

So he dropped the bag.

If they cheated they surely did not get their money's worth.
