Just checked, if UTee hires him they owe Minny $4.5 million.
That’s chump change these days.

I love Fleck and I think UT is getting an exceptional coach. I watched a story on him last year and he was extremely impressive. He's very much into studying and breaking down film and learning from what coaches in the past did. He has binders of plays and formations from current and past coaches he met along with the way and refers to them often for ideas. He's a great hire!

Fleck is a look at me weirdo and if this is true will end up more hated than Butch or Proot by Vol fans by the end of his cluster frick of a tenure.

Don't see any reporting of Fleck to UT.... at all.

Yeah, nobody is saying anything locally about us hiring Fleck.

Tennessee is a sleeping giant. We'll see if this is the guy
We lost 24 scholarships. 11 during the investigation and 13 over 18/19 season.
Two year bowl ban.
Four years probation.
That’s barely in your book?

You would think he would wait for Harbaugh to be fired..

Row the boat in the Vol navy. I like it.

This guy can coach. And he’s a program builder too.
If Tennessee gets Fleck, it could be incredible for them.

I'm a little surprised Tennessee would go the schtick coach route again, but I do think Fleck has more likelihood of success than Butch.
I just don't see why Tennessee wouldn't opt for the safe choice in an effort to get the program stable before hunting for a riskier move with more upside.
