Tell me how we didn’t get the worst of the bunch: Kelly, Fickell, Freeman

ND’s board are wild with the idea that they could upgrade from Brian Kelly. They want Fickell or Freeman and are giddy about it. Give me one gosh darn reason why I should be happy that we should finish our coaching search with someone who the #6 team in the country is happy to get rid of..........

Well for one Kelly built Cinci not Fickell. Also Fickell is a one stop guy as a HC. Not proven to replicate his success like Kelly.

Go back and look at Kelly’s career. He built Cincy and had them ranked in the top 5 during the BCS…
What exactly has Freeman done?
FICKELL? Sure he won, but let OSU come open when Day goes to the NFL this year…

Fu@k ND there just pissed that he bailed on there arse to come to LSU and the SEC. This puts LSU in the blue blood mode by stealing the media’s darling coach. LSU fans be proud that we are finally a true blue blood program.

There were people at LSU who were glad Saban left. Believe it or not, there will be some people at Bama glad when he leaves there. ND may be upgrading or they may be starting a long sojourn in the wilderness. Nobody knows, just like nobody knows how CBK will work out here.

Notre Dame will be better without him. Young blood coming in to shake things up, and run a modern offense. We will tread along mid pack with Aggie, and be shopping for a new coach in 3-4 years.

One has built winning system from ground up hiring completely new staff.
One has made it to playoffs and been on the cusp with harder recruiting standards.
