3rd best winning percentage of any GB coach behind Lombardi and McCarthy. Only won less than 10 games once when he lost half the team to injuries.

As long as Sherman is calling the plays the offense is going to fall apart in the second half of games.
This isn't even something that just happened at A&M. At the time he was hired by A&M, the Texans had yet to score a single 3rd quarter TD all season.

I think it's easier to get players in the NFL via the draft and free agency than it is to evaluate and recruit high school kids. After that's all done, you have to convince them to go to said school.
