This is correct. The extension was given because Woodward was trying to bring Jimbo to LSU.

Most cakes don’t have the baby inside anymore do they? They come outside and you have to put in yourself.

If you don’t touch it then it’s not dangerous. If you disturb it then it’s airborne and can cause issues if you’re around it for prolonged periods of time. So still not dangerous for you. That stuff lasts forever too.
If you want to replace it you’ll have to do yourself. Most contractors aren’t qualified. If they are they have to tent around the entire house. Very expensive.
