ND. I’ll get downvoted for this but we need additional coaches with La ties! Frank is one person and brings a lot of credibility but I feel we more La connections if we want to lock La down.

I thought we were melting because he wasn't bringing anyone from ND? Sorry, hard to keep up

Can y’all let the whole staff be named before melting?

“A lot” as in our nutritionist, S&C coach, ST coach, and......who else? So far it’s those 3 and Davis and Wilson if I’m not forgetting anybody and I love all 5 hires

Frank and Brad Davis are from Louisiana.
Everybody else on the staff will live in Louisiana. They'll drive around and meet high school coaches and prospects over the course of their first year, they'll host those coaches at clinics and camps, and they'll form relationships.
If those coaches are good recruiters, they'll very shortly become effective recruiters in Louisiana.
This idea that we have to have homeboys is what got us Ed Orgeron. It's a loser mentality and it needs to go. Stop thinking that way.

Every coach we’ve had has had zero problems recruiting Louisiana kids. It’s not going to stop now. Louisiana kids mostly WANT to go to LSU. They need little convincing. The ONLY person who has ever been able to pull Louisiana kids away from LSU is Saban and even he doesn’t do it often and he has ties with a lot of Louisiana coaches still.
Stop worrying about LSU recruiting Louisiana kids. It’s never going to change as long as LSU remains a relevant brand in football

The entire structure was contaminated; it has to be torn down and rebuilt.

how much more LA connection do you need? I think Wilson and Faulk can more than handle keeping LA on lock. We need ace recruiters who can expand LSU's footprint, or reinforce existing areas.

The Napier baws told me he's going to live in Seattle and just come down for gameday though

Where are they supposed to be coming from? He's hiring some people he trusts and he's familiar with. What is wrong with that

Well that's just not true man
