Feels like a smoke screen. Young reporter trying to cut his teeth, obviously has an in with Cohen as he broke the JC to Auburn news, would benefit the Auburn camp to have this leak while they line up their guy.
Also as others have said not even Lane is ballsy enough to refute this to the level he has if the smoke was real
