Riley to USC is now official according to both CBS Sports and ESPN.

Ha he is scared of being exposed once OU get in the sec…he is for sure going to turn USC into a team that makes the playoffs each year and gets murdered the first round

Riley leaving Oklahoma is pretty shocking. Oklahoma is one of a handful of schools that seem like they’re at the top of the food chain.

I think people should keep eyes on Brian Kelly, since he strikes me as a “White Whale” type of coach.

Not in the sense of fear though.
Why, as a young coach in his 2nd stop (where reputations are made or destroyed) would you skip a private school with a semi-open path to a conf champ game (as was OU) vs. the pressure cooker of LSU and the fight of the SECW.
In other words- USCw is a parallel to what he's had at OU, for more money. It's a "comfort" thing. Coaching in the SEC is uncomfortable.
ETA: and another paralell... USCw is "QBU" historically. That's right up Riley's alley. Hell, the combination of Riley and USC will have their backups in the Heisman race with the local media.

I’ve said since the beginning Riley would not be the next HC @ LSU and was ripped by other “insiders”.
I’ve always hoped Aranda was the guy since O got canned but I honestly don’t know. I knew for a fact it wasn’t going to be Riley though.
No one knows shite, bottom line. Their may be 1 booster that knows who the coach is going to be outside of Woody and he’s not going to leak shite.
TD “insiders” look like idiots. I’d be willing to bet none of these “insiders” actually got first hand information from anyone of consequence. This is a case of arse clowns digging through every post on pay sites and then claiming they got this information from higher up. What a bunch of attention whores.
LSU will still end up with an excellent coach regardless. Take a deep breath baws. It’ll be a good hire.
