Mission Accomplished, correct?

He has the squad 7-3 (5-1) in C-USA with a layup to get 8 wins this week against Bumbling Cumbie & the Boys out of Ruston.

Does he get a ACC/Big12/Big10 gig or does he need to spend a little more time in Purgatory at an AAC program?

Said the other day he'd be a great hire for A&M. He's got an ego the size of Texas and would have their offense humming.

WVU fanbase is 50/50 on taking him back if they get rid of Brown. The college football world has changed a lot since he was last here and I doubt he be able to achieve the success he had from 05-07. Plus he’s 60 years old, not exactly a spring chicken anymore.

Never should have left West Virginia. Had such a good thing going and just really seemed to be a good fit

Was promised the world by the WVU brass when being courted by Bama and when he didn't get his wishes he left in a huff.
Doubt he wants to go back and doubt WVU decision makers would have him.

Should be on Mississippi State's list.

The decision makers from back then are long gone and I think he’d come back in a second to try and redeem himself. Not many other P5 jobs would take him at this point.

I guess people have forgotten that his last few years at Arizona weren't good.

Still a solid coach, but I'm surprised to see people think another P5 job would bother with him at this point.

Don’t think his system works on the highest levels. I’ve seen Marshall wanting him

Interesting. I could potentially see that working, if Marshall is ready to move on from Huff already. I was surprised when they axed Holliday, so maybe they are.

We beat him 54-14 when he was the HC at Michigan. No one wants him.

I’m a lifelong MSU fan and a Rich Rod fan. Michigan was a horrible fit for him. I still think he can run an offense.

Doc Holliday's firing was all political. The Governor of West Virginia was even involved. No way he should've been fired.

If they had beaten Pitt in 2007, I fully believe he would have never left.

You can’t have a Rich Rodriguez conversation without mentioning Jeff Tedford. The "hot coaching names" of 2007.
