Probably a good sign. When thinks are loud it usually results in missed targets

May mean targets still have coaching to do.

Maybe lessons learned from the Jimbo Fisher fiasco.

Also have to consider that some insiders put their jobs on the line to come here and grant us free info and then gets crucified by a bunch of dipshits that tell them they don’t know anything. Maybe if those tards would shut up and accept free info from a proven inside source, we could actually know more.

Quietest Coaching Search

The Baton Rouge paper especially on Sunday always expands its coverage of LSU sports. This Sunday not a single peep, no mention of any possible candidates for DC it OC. I can never remember that happening in Baton Rouge’s paper. The silence by sports reporters is insane. Have no clue what that means, good or bad, could be either.

It means Christmas was Friday and they were probably given the weekend off for the most part. I am sure starting tomorrow you will start hearing things.

That’s a good thing.

Many of Ed’s recent hiring decisions, parting verbal shots at past assistants, investigation, and photographic reminders of his new single status has not made recruitment as attractive as 11months ago.

I would much rather find out right before the press conference if it means landing the better coach. Those are also the ones who are currently employed elsewhere and have other options, so we have to sell the program and how they will grow as a coach/learn from others by joining the staff.

Programs are literally announcing hires right now...not sure this is the reason.

If they hit more than they missed you may have a point.

The hiring of Miles was quiet too. It's a weird year and the Covid bubble makes this shite even more quiet.

Whenever we’re loud about hirings, we run the risk of Saban finding a way to some how frick us over.

You have to remember brooks is the advocates main LSU guy now. He has started multiple fights with O by out right lying so he is never going to have inside information or break shite.

Lame Kiffin will be our new DC. Ed said he wants to “flip the script.”

Yeah it probably means biggest targets are still coaching in bowl games or playoffs.
