Ironic that the Tennessee AD got fired for trying to bring in Leach, when Leach was clearly a better choice than Pruitt.
Arkansas cannot recruit with the biggest SEC schools. Leach gives them an identity and philosophy. In short - it could work.

It will work in favor of the other SEC teams! Not in Arkansas favor.

Arkansas will always have a lower ceiling because of limited recruitment opportunities. They can have good seasons, pull upsets but they're not challenging for championships in your lifetime or before the glaciers melt enough for inland house to become beachfront property.
