they could make him asst head coach and DC. In theory this would be a promotion to a P 5 school and potentially a pay raise. He is making 1.5 or so now as it is. I think NS wants to keep him but not at the expense of giving him mo money.

But Saban gives him the scheme and what the plays to call for each game. I mean get what youre saying but Alabama's main problem right now is not Pete Golding.
