Neal Brown to Ole Miss makes sense.

Arkansas: Jeff Brohm, but sadly for the Hogs I think they stick with big boy one more year.
*
Ole Miss: They probably just hire the interim guy and let the incoming sanctions run their course.
*
Florida: Should hire Willie Taggart, but I think Frost takes the job if offered. My guess is Frost. I will miss ole Jimmy Mac.
*
Tennessee: Gruden. It has to be Gruden.
*
Texas A&M: I would be surprised if Sumlin is gone, but if he is I think they call Chad Morris. If I were an Aggie I would be pretty happy about that. Hard to see him doing OK/good at SMU and failing at A&M. I think it would be a good hire.
*
LSU: If O loses out, Alleva has his eye out for only the most elite, well qualified candidates. No need to speculate on this one, it will be the best hire of the off season if it happens.

Why would a back to back to back Big 10 champion leave Wisconsin for Arkansas?

Because former head coach and now AD would not pay his assistants and they kept leaving. He asked for more money and they said no. He left for Arkansas.

Arkansas: Jeff Brohm
Ole Miss: Hangs onto Luke during probation period
Florida: Mullen
Tennessee: Norvell
Texas A&M: Chad Morris
State: Bill Clark? Not sure on this one

IMO, Florida should go after DJ Durkin. My gut feeling is that Frost ends up at Nebraska.

No snowball chance in hell that Ole Miss hangs on to Luke, if so, I will assist in the burning down of the Grove..

Arkansas: Gundy
Ole Miss: Pruitt, wildcard Kiffin
Florida: Frost
Tennessee: Strong, wildcard Mullen or Kiffin
Texas A&M: Chip Kelly, wildcard Mullen
State: If Mullen to somewhere else, Chad Morris

I could see all of these being wrong.

More likely, imo:

Arkansas: Mike Bobo or DJ Durkin
Ole Miss: Blake Andersen
Florida: Frost or Taggart
Tennessee: Strong, Durkin or Mullen
Texas A&M: Chad Morris or Mullen
State: If Mullen leaves, Bobo, Frank Wilson or Neal Brown
Auburn: If Gus gone, Petrino
Troy: If Brown gone, Gus

Arkansas: Gundy

I can't picture him leaving Oklahoma State on his own. And Oklahoma State to Arkansas is a lateral move, if not a slight step down. And there have been openings at all of the big schools over the past few years and he didn't bite at any of them. I mean, if you're Florida, who would you pick: Gundy or Jim McElwain? If you're Tennessee, who would you choose: Gundy or Derek Dooley? Gundy or Butch Jones? If you're Texas, who would you want: Gundy or Charlie Strong? Gundy or Tom Herman? If you're LSU, who would you take: Gundy or Ed Orgeron?

Tennessee: Gruden or M.Campbell, wildcard L. Miles/T. Martin
Texas A&M: Chip Kelly, wildcard F. Wilson
State: If Mullen to somewhere else, Frank Wilson

Once again, you don't seem to understand why Gundy was even listed with Arkansas. Does Gundy have personal connections to any of the other schools you listed? As I have said before I don't think Gundy leaves anyway but posters are still missing why Gundy is listed with Arkansas.

What, because his son goes to Arkansas? Unless the kid is in line to run the chemistry department, he's gonna leave there in a few years.
And if his son went to an out of state college, it's obvious that they aren't tied at the hip. Heck, there are some young people who don't want to be at the school where their father is working, so they can go off and become their own person. And there are some parents who want their kids to go off and become independent.

No, not just that. There is also a connection with the AD, if you believe sources.

My argument isn't how strong of a chance it has of happening based on this outside reasoning. (I have already said I don't think it is happening.) It is that people are trying to do a comparison with bigger jobs as if those people who believe it has a chance of happening are ignoring those more prestigious openings. No one who is predicting Gundy to Arkansas believes that Arkansas is a better job than Florida, Tennessee or LSU, at least not the majority of them. Although you could make arguments for it being a better job for some individuals.

Ole Miss ought to hire Art Briles. Toxic program and a toxic coach, perfect match.
