Kiffin didn't want to leave OM high and dry so the only way he made it work is if Saban becomes interim for OM while he takes the LSU job.

That quote happened 2 full weeks after Rich Rodriguez was leaked as the new Bama coach. Saban didn’t show up until a full month after Rich Rod was leaked.
Not sure how all of you have forgotten about Rich Rod. We were mercilessly ridiculed when he ended up staying at WV.
