Feldman said Riley wasn’t coming a week ago, and he’s been right on everything else. That means there was never a deal with Riley to fall apart Saturday night. There are no insiders on this board.

I don’t believe. If we were played then Riley got paid more than 12 million. I dont believe usc paid that at all. We were hunting the wrong trail.

Right. Insiders information is only as good as the information of the leadership who passes it along. Anyone objective can see that Woodward targeted Riley and simply failed to close the deal for one reason or another.

That is likely true but what could also be true is that it didn't fall apart on Saturday night. They could have moved on a week ago for all we know. I think a lot of this stuff will become public knowledge after our coach is announced. We shall see what the truth is then. Our hire will say a lot about what really happened i think, and no I am not claiming to know who it will be.
