More often than not it seems. Saturday was especially frustrating because we should have curb stomped OU. Even with a stronger pulse we could have won with a last minute TD.

do you think they allow Weiss back to finish the season
If they weren't going to allow Lane to coach, why would they let Weis if he is on staff with LSU? Defeats their reasoning on not letting Lane finish the season.

It would be out of necessity? It’s not really Weiss’s fault Kiffin decided to leave. He is just making a decision based on the circumstances. Maybe they won’t hold a grudge like they do for Kiffin? I’m just curious here.

Carpet bombed their football program, especially offense.

Probably shouldve taken their chances of losing players/bad PR and let LK and staff stick around for a playoff run. i wouldnt say that about some programs, but because its the closest OM will likely get to a NC any time soon why not go all in on the playoffs and then rebuild after. Instead of burning everything down before they start.

Ole Miss doesn’t deserve a playoff spot.

After looking at all their offensive coaches they will most likely let Joe Cox call plays during the playoff games.

Joe Cox is literally in the LSU Ops building right now chopping it up with recruits. Its gonna be analysts for Ole Piss calling plays

Weiss is no longer on the Ole Miss athletic department website as being employed there.

Thanks for the help. I missed it. Holy shite!!! All that’s left is Joe Judge, lol. Is an analyst allowed to call plays? I thought they were limited. Analyst can relay play to a coach, but can’t speak to players. I guess they can promote some for the playoffs

Yes they will fill the staff by promoting analysts temporarily.

yeah it's going to suck having a top 10 offense year after year.

We will just be happy with a competent offense. One that can run the ball past the line of scrimmage and complete passes to open receivers.

I want to do more research on Savage. But his name tells me all I need to know I think.

I think the rule ab analysts coaching on the field changed this year and is now allowed.. although you'll probably see a few promoted to on-fields roles anyway.. they dont have much of a choice at this point
