Dabo isn't going anywhere.
He fits in perfectly in the CLemson cornbread eating, white milk drinking bubble. Everyone is nice, no one is profane or drunken, and he is a hero forever there. Remember, other than the Danny Ford NC and that short run of excellence, they have never been relevant before. So Dabo is king of the

Riley didn’t leave for the money. He left because he did not like OU going to the SEC and he had a bad relationship with Castinglione (OU’s AD). The compliance office at OU was up Riley’s arse and he hated that. I bet Stoops still being in the picture didn’t help.
All that sounds reasonable.
But I was making the assumption that hiring away the likes of Dabo and Venables would require the types of mega salary contracts that they were allegedly not willing to consider a few weeks ago

Well, how many multi NC winning coaches have moved directly to another school?
If Dabo goes to Oklahoma, he would become only the second coach in either football or basketball to be at one school for over ten years with multiple national championships and then leave for another school.
The first was Kim Mulkey leaving Baylor for LSU.
It would be the biggest "lateral" move of all time.
I don't think it would happen.

They don't, and have said as much. They didn't know Lincoln was leaving for USC until twitter told them. They read things online just like everyone else. As soon as they find out, everyone knows, because when you tell 80+ players, one of them at least will tell someone else, who tells someone else, etc.
