He’s going to leave Michigan so he can get fired by some mediocre franchise by 2026? Eh

Doing their homework? What is there to do? The guy has been successful in both CFB and the NFL. Either you want him are not.

IMO, he finally has Michigan rolling. He’s not leaving to go to the NFL to risk getting fired in two years and have to start all over again in college

Same. My opinion on him has changed drastically the last year.

With a 12 team playoff and NIL, I am not sure you can say a NFL job is better now.

College competing with NFL monetarily and a winning college coach at a school like Michigan gets far more in other perks and special treatment than any NFL coach.

He seems like college is a better fit for him. He may eventually want to scratch the itch to win a SB after being to one. But for me, winning a NC in college is >>>>> a Super Bowl. His personality seems to be a better fit for sustained success in College and he's at his Alma Mater. Just watch until he hires a retired Tom Brady as OC/QB's coach.

What homework is there? He has already shown that he can succeed at both the NFL and the college level.

Personally, unless he absolutely wants out of the recruiting field, it would be dumb to leave Michigan. He has that program rolling on all cylinders, and after beating their rival 2x in a row, he would never have as much job security as he does right now.

If Michigan wins a title, he’s gone. He wants a Super Bowl more than anything and he’s admitted that.

This type of turnaround 6 years into job is rare. I think just he and Dabo have done it since 2000.

Amazing everyone was wanting him fired (and I think rightfully so) a couple of years ago. Football is fickle

Harbaugh is never leaving Michigan. Yeah he almost did a few years ago, but now he has finally broke through and found the formula, he isn't going anywhere.

If NFL teams are just now having to do their homework on Jim Harbaugh then those NFL teams are already way yonder behind the eight ball and can’t be helped.
