Worst WVU season since 1978.

Probably already would be fired if not for the (unjustified) contract extensionhe received after his big win vs Army.. Our AD should be shown the door too.

Not sure who the candidates are. With how far Brown has tanked the program, they’ll be competing with schools like GT.

Colorado and ASU are probably more attractive jobs at this point, even with little to no fan support.

Don’t want Jimbo. He’s washed up and needs to retire.

Riley would be the obvious choice

I agree on that extension. They've gotta let Neal go at this point. This cannot go on for another year.

I could see Curt Cignetti from JMU being a candidate, maybe Hugh Freeze, don't think Jimbo is in the picture at all. And a big hell no to Rich Rod even though some WVU fans still would love to see him come back

I like Cignetti and think he's a realistic target for us.

Sad as it us, Freeze probably wouldn't give us the time of day with the situation our program is in.

I also like the guy at ECU, think he was another former JMU coach.

Yes, Mike Houston won an FCS championship there.

Has a losing record thus far at ECU, though.

I’m not going to pump up a Houston, but Scottie Montgomery left ECU as a bottom 20 FBS team.

It was in a pretty rough state when Houston took over.

What has been the issue with Brown? Recruiting, terrible coaching decisions, bad staff, bad personality, etc?,

Mix of bad coaching and bad staff. Feels like he's in over his head. Says all the right things in press conference and it never translates to on field results. No identity with the program. No signature wins. I could go on...

There's definitely a portion of the WVU fan base that wants this to happen

Paul Chryst? He was a GA at WVU, didn't really deserve to be fired by Wisconsin, and has been in the Pittsburgh area before (albeit at their top rival)

If it has nothing to do with conference realignment, he's not talking about it
