Jimbo's OC/QB coach at FSU only makes somewhere around $500k, but he isn't really the OC, Jimbo is and will be calling plays. I also don't think you need to give O $1.5m, just give him a pretty hefty bonus, a few nice gifts, and around $1m and name him DL/AHC/RC and call it a day.
